  • Stay hydrated to thin mucus and ease congestion

  • Limit dairy and sugar, which can worsen inflammation

  • Diffuse eucalyptus or peppermint essential oils for clearer breathing

  • Get plenty of rest because your immune system heals while you sleep

  • Your acupuncturist may even recommend certain teas that you can use to help you specifically

Another option we have available is a supplement called Andrographis Plus. Many patients notice that they begin to feel better shortly after taking it.  Ask one of our staff members if this might be a good option for you.
